Intenta llegar a la verdad a través de la exposición de la tesis, la antítesis y la síntesis; de la acción, la excepción y el juicio", afirmó Eduardo Couture, académico uruguayo reconocido internacionalmente. Esto nos lleva a las siguientes preguntas: ¿Es posible establecer una relación entre la filosofía dialéctica de Hegel y el Derecho Procesal? ¿En qué aspectos se vinculan? El siguiente artículo tratará de dar respuesta a estos interrogantes.

Hegel es uno de esos pocos filósofos que no requiere mucha presentación. Bajo su punto de vista, estableció un método lógico para analizar o descubrir la realidad: la tríada dialéctica. Nunca fue indiferente a los estudios de Derecho, ya que aportó diversos trabajos académicos que ponderaban la ética, la moral y la lógica que -afirmaba- debía tener el Derecho como campo. La filosofía de Hegel respecto al procedimiento se sitúa históricamente en la etapa del procedimentalismo científico.

Law 34/2006, of October 30, on access to the professions of Lawyer and Attorney of the Courts responded to a demand of the representatives of these professions to guarantee an adequate initial training of these professionals.

By means of this Master's degree, the corresponding specialized training is obtained for the practice of the profession of lawyer and allows access to the evaluation test of this professional aptitude that will be jointly summoned by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Education and Science. The Master's Degree, together with the aptitude test, allows the practice of the legal profession.

As the specialized training is given jointly by the University of Zaragoza and the School of Legal Practice of the Royal Bar Association of Zaragoza, it provides a practical training that is highly suitable for the subsequent practice of the legal profession.

The Master can also be taken by those law graduates who do not need to pass the entrance exam for the practice of law, but who seek practical training for the practice of law.

Given the interdisciplinary nature of this degree, any graduate, diploma or degree holder interested in occupational risk prevention may apply for admission and, where appropriate, enroll.

Thus, after completing the Master's Degree, students will be qualified to practice the profession of Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention in the three specialties that comprise it: occupational safety, industrial hygiene and ergonomics and applied psychosociology.

In addition, students will be able to carry out studies on working conditions, risks to the health and welfare of workers and the effectiveness of interventions in the field of occupational risk prevention. All this also allows to integrate in the students' professional activity, responsibility and ethical sense for the application and defense of fundamental rights, promoting equal opportunities, non-discrimination and democratic values.
